As early as possible. The most sought after venues and vendors in Southern Alberta book out quickly, and having a planner in place from the beginning means you have expert guidance before any decisions are made. For full planning services, we recommend reaching out at least 12 to 18 months before your wedding date. For wedding management and coordination, a minimum of six months is ideal. If your date is sooner than that, reach out anyway and we will let you know what is available.

Den Bosch Events works best with couples who are detail oriented, value a calm and organised planning experience, and want a planner who is genuinely invested in their day. We take on a limited number of weddings each season so that every couple receives the time and attention they deserve. The best way to find out if we are the right fit is to start a conversation. Our initial consultation is a chance for both of us to ask questions, talk through your vision, and decide if working together makes sense.

Den Bosch Events is a travelling wedding planning and coordination company, which means we are not limited to one location. We serve couples across Southern Alberta and are available for weddings beyond the region as well. Travel fees may apply depending on the location of your event. Day-of coordination is not a service we offer. Wedding Management, a 10-week takeover, allows you to hand your event over to a professional. With this time frame, we can catch the small details that would otherwise fall through the cracks with only day-of coverage.
