Kelsey has many admirable qualities for a Wedding Planner & Coordinator, but I'll focus my review on three.
1) She is calm in the face of uncertainty and pressure. Kelsey was able to pivot and adapt when weather changed the nature of the event.
2) Kelsey is organized! This aught to go without saying for this type of job, but there are plenty who say they can juggle the many itches competing for their attention - Kelsey prioritizes and delivers.
3) Finally, she is a great communicator. Both in the weeks leading up to the event and on the day-of, she speaks clearly, concisely, and in a warm manner. I felt like part of a team, not like a cog in a machine. I'd be happy to work with her and her team again.
